The United Territories is a transcontinental country laying a non-exclusive and non-ownership claim to Bir Tawil (Africa), Gornja Siga (Europe), and Marie Byrd Land (Antarctica). The United Territories in no manner, shape, or form denies or disparages in part or whole the rights of past, current, and future claimants to those areas. Several great countries use the word "United" in their name, such as the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.
The United Territories is a country in part by exercising its right to self-determination in accordance with the following precedents:
The United Territories will relinquish part or all its non-exclusive non-ownership claim to Bir Tawil to either Egypt or Sudan.
Geographic Coordinates: 21.8661° N, 33.7370° E
The United Territories will relinquish part or all its non-exclusive non-ownership claim to Gornja Siga to either Croatia or Serbia.
Geographic Coordinates: 45.9089° N, 18.8378° E
The United Territories will accede to the Antarctic Treaty system upon request by any member of that Treaty and thus relinquish part or all of its non-exclusive non-ownership claim. In the interim, the United Territories asserts a claim over territorial waters and an exclusive economic zone extending 200 nautical miles offshore but declares the entirety of the territory on land and sea a natural park.
Geographic Coordinates: 75.0000° S, 120.0000° W
United Territories citizenship is available to individuals over the age of 21 who have never been convicted of a crime classified as malum in se. Citizenship is granted and maintained through voluntary self-identification, with renunciation similarly executed at will. The United Territories does not issue passports or identity documents at this time; any entity purporting to provide such documentation is engaging in fraudulent activity and should be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
Travel to territories claimed by the United Territories is currently prohibited unless transit permission from neighbouring countries has been obtained. Additionally, individuals must secure adequate medical coverage and trip insurance before any attempted visit.
International legal instruments affirm the right of individuals to nationality and the freedom to change nationality:
